Who Are We?
Who is Alfie and Annabelle? We're long-time spouses with a shared love for spooky stories and mind-blowing mysteries. Native to the Pacific Northwest, we've always dreamed of telling page-turning tales set in the Lost Coast wilderness we love.
But we wanted our adventure to offer more than just books!
Our true (admittedly ambitious!) purpose? First, create rockin' stories hopefully you'll love! But to also make everyone's day a little jammier by sharing the imaginary world of Alfie and Annabelle with you.
Maybe there are others out there who could use a little more fantasy as we walk the dogs and do the dishes? If so, hang out with us as we fly kites, cross-stitch and badly dance our way through life.

More about Alfie & Annabelle...
Our deeply rooted love for Oregon and Northern California inspired us to backdrop our first two books here. Two years ago, we found ourselves on Route 199, a breathtaking highway that carves its way from Grants Pass, OR (yes, it's as gorgeous as it sounds!) through the redwoods all the way to the sea.

The journey cured us of our procrastination! Time to write!
And since our page was blank, we asked ourselves ... what type of authors would write the kind of stuff we're interested in?
So - the persona of Alfie & Annabelle was born!
We imagined a couple who loves simple things like:
-
Cross stitching in the dentist's office
-
Finding crafts, board games, thousand-piece puzzles at the Goodwill
-
Wearing '40's vintage clothes to antique car shows - and Home Depot!
When not writing, you'll find Annabelle designing new cross-stitch patterns or grinding coffee beans at 2 am (her "inspiration hour"). Alfie made the mistake of taking up surfing late in life and tries to stay upright on his bike during rides up the Pacific Coast Highway.
